Return and Refund Policy

At Karen's Handcrafted Gifts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be: Unused and in the same condition that you received it; In the original packaging; Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exchange 

If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us first. We'll be happy to help you find the perfect replacement.

Custom and Personalized Items

Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of many of our products, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
